Delivery & Postage

As most of our items are personalised they take time to make.

Any hand painted items, including glassware, planters etc will be 7-10 working days due to drying and curing times. 

We do aim to make and dispatch most items within 5-7 days.

We will deliver for free to PO12, PO13 and PO14 postcodes only, collection available (from Gosport)

Items can be posted via Royal Mail, cost of postage depends on size of item and this will be advised to you at time of ordering.

UK mainland ONLY.

Because all our items are handmade, we do not offer refunds or returns, if you are not satisfied with your personalised item we will do everything we can to put it right.

Payment will be required up front at time of ordering, we will send you a detailed receipt, estimated turn around time and where applicable, proofs of your item before proceeding. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order too!
